We plan it properly, then we build it right
We handle design and construction under one roof, rather than handing you between a separate designer and a separate builder. That means the layout we draw is a layout we know we can build, on the budget we’ve quoted, and one team accountable for the result, from concept through to final fit-off.
We’re a small, hands-on team by design: small enough that we stay close to every project personally, rather than handing your renovation off to a rotating cast of subcontractors. You’ll always know who’s on site and who to call.

Prasad Perera — NSW Registered Architect & Licensed Builder
Daylo Build is led by Prasad Perera, a NSW Registered Architect (Architects Registration Board of NSW, Reg. No. 12156) and holder of NSW Builder Licence No. 492271C. With more than 15 years’ experience across Australia and overseas, Prasad brings design, planning approvals and construction management together under one roof.
Alongside Daylo Build, Prasad also directs dp Design Studio, giving clients access to integrated architectural design and construction expertise. He works closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers and consultants to guide every project from concept through to completion, with a focus on sound detailing, clear communication and delivery you can rely on.
